Do I have to register to place an order?
No, registration is not mandatory in Zarembastore.com for purchasing purposes. All you need to do is add items to your cart, confirm the order and enter shipment details.
Can I collect the order personally?
Yes. You can collect each item ordered in our shop in Warsaw, at ul. Nowogrodzka 15. Please make sure your order is ready by calling or e-mailing us. Usually, e-mail notification is sent each time your order status changes yet please contact us in the case of personal collection.
I already have an account with you yet cannot log in. What do I do?
IMost probably your e-mail address or password is incorrect. We recommend using the ‘Forgot password?’ option to get a new one. A special link will be e-mailed to the e-mail address you have previously provided in order for you to regain access.
Can I buy a specific item that would be personalized or bespoke?
It is an option in some cases. In such cases, please contact our Customer Service at +48 22 6284208 or by e-mail (kontakt@zarembabespoke.com) before making the purchase to discuss details. Please remember personalized items cannot be replaced or returned.
Do you charge more for, e.g., credit card payments?
There are no additional charges for specific payment options.
What if the parcel was damaged during transport?
All packages should be opened in the presence of the courier. If you noticed the package is damaged in any way, please do not receive it and report the fact to the courier who should fill in a damage report. Pay special attention to damages like open packaging that is damaged or shows signs of opening or tearing. In such situations, please contact us immediately. We will try to send a new product or return the amount paid as soon as possible. A more thorough examination of the inside of the package is only possible after the package is paid for and after shipping documents are signed.
Can my delivery be made on Saturday?
Orders are delivered in principle on working days. Nevertheless, it is possible to have delivery made on Saturday, Sunday or during holidays upon a customer’s request. This triggers additional charge for the customer.
